The game itself is fun but this past weekend they had glitches and server problems. When I try to contact customer service you have to play the runaround game. And by no means will you get any money back for your purchases that get lost because of their server problems. They think they can throw some fake coins and a few diamonds at you to keep you quiet. But everything in this game cost a fortune. When getting involved with the app Sniper 3D, the customer is “never” right ! I highly recommend that you play the free option on this game and don’t get involved in the free seven day trial premium service. Terrible customer service !!
